Selection process

The selection process consists of the following steps:

• 1. Pre-selection - analysis of received applications (includes checking the necessary qualifications for the given position)
• 2. HR interview - we get to know the candidate, his experience, interests, current projects, and expectations
• 3. Technical interview - discussion with team members and/or managers about the candidate's knowledge, experience on previous projects, as well as the candidate's technological ability (if necessary, includes a technical task)
• 4. Offer - if we are a good fit, we will send you an offer!
• 5. Onboarding - introduction to work tasks, familiarization with the company and employees, enabling development and independence of the employee
